Luckily in Cornwall there are plenty of amazing instructors and beautiful locations to practice yoga, therefore it’s easy to make it become part of your daily routine. If you want to improve your fitness and strength for surfing, it is highly recommended that you try and practice it as often as possible.We caught up with Jen Austin from Shine Yoga and agreed that practicing a combination of the following 5 yoga poses would help surfing:
- Downward Dog
- Revolved Crescent Lunge
- Seated Eagle Pose
